Regulatory & Safety Disclosure: RB wheels are custom-manufactured components designed specifically for off-road use, closed-course exhibition, and utility purposes. These wheels are not DOT (Department of Transportation) certified. It is the responsibility of the vehicle builder/owner to ensure installation complies with all local, state, and regional regulations before use.

Custom Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our wheels are custom engineered and manufactured to order, raw material allocation and CNC programming begin immediately following your order placement. By purchasing, you agree to the following tiered cancellation and refund terms:

• Within 24 Hours of Purchase: You are eligible for a 100% full refund, provided the order has not yet been packaged or shipped.

• Days 1 through 3 (24 to 72 Hours): You are eligible for a 70% refund of the total purchase price to account for initial processing, engineering queue allocation, and material holds, provided the order has not shipped.

• After 72 Hours: Cancelled orders are eligible for a 50% refund of the total purchase price, provided the order has not shipped.

• Once Shipped: All sales are absolute and final. Once an item leaves our facility or tracking has been generated, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be honored.
